A 1990 graduate from the University of Western Ontario, Dr. George Arvanitis maintains a full time dental practice in Waterloo, Ontario limited to reconstructive and implant dentistry. He has performed thousands of implant procedures, including the placement and restoration of over 5000 Dental implants.
He has presented hundred of lectures and presentations in Canada, the United States and Europe on the topics of Dental Implants, Occlusion and Reconstructive Dentistry.
He was rewarded by the American Academy of Implant Dentistry with the designation of Honoured Fellow of the Academy for his contributions to the Academy, continuing education and the profession of Implant Dentistry.
Dr. Urquhart was born and raised in Alberta, spending much of his time in Calgary and neighboring areas. Since graduating from the University of Toronto Dental School in 2015, he spent much of his first decade working as a dentist in Hamilton.
Dr. Urquhart says that he enjoys dentistry because dentistry is one-part social (developing the patient-dentist relationship), and one-part technical. His friendly, curious, and detail-oriented personality makes him well suited for the profession. He spends considerable time pursuing professional development opportunities so that he can stay cutting-edge and always working towards adding new skills that will help his patients. One of his primary dentistry interests is rehabilitation of broken-down smiles, which includes all aspects from the functional and structural to the esthetic.
A Calgary-boy at heart, Dr. Urquhart appreciates spending time in nature, reading, and sport climbing. But on weekends you’ll probably find him attending a concert, trying a new cocktail recipe, or spending time with loved ones.
Dr Hardeep Kaur was born in Punjab, India. She graduated from Government Dental College and Hospital, Amritsar, India in 2003. She practiced dentistry in Jalandhar for 15 years before she started to work for Ex Army Servicemen for a year. Dr Kaur immigrated to Canada in 2018 and started practicing dentistry in Canada in February, 2020 after completing the equivalency program for foreign trained international Dentists. She enjoys it because she can make significant improvements in people’s lives by restoring their smile, teeth and self-confidence and ability to eat and speak properly.
She value integrity and respect which would build strong bonds of trust and confidence with patients as a health care provider.
Her experience as a general dentist has exposed to her to a range of restorative, surgical , endodontic and implant procedures making her a dentist who provide wide spectrum of care. Dr Hardeep Kaur makes every effort to expand her knowledge , learn and apply new concepts and skills.
Dr Kaur lives in London, Ontario. Outside of her professional activities , she enjoys cooking an spending time with her husband Amit, daughter Driti and son Aneek. Dr Kaur looks forward to see you all for your dental needs.
Dr. Joseph Adragna grew up in Woodbridge, Ontario. After graduating from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience, Behaviour, and Psychology, he attended New York University College of Dentistry. It was here that he got his Doctorate of Dental Surgery Degree.
Dr. Adragna distinguished himself in dental school when he won the Benjamin Nevin Scholarship Award due to his outstanding academic performance and involvement in the community.
Additionally, he was awarded membership to the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society, offered only to dentists who score in the top 10% of their classes. Dr. Adragna has a huge passion for dentistry and has traveled around the nation pursuing advanced training in multiple disciplines of dentistry. Dr. Adragna has a true passion for dentistry and providing the best care possible for his patients.
Outside of dentistry his many passions keep him busy involving gardening, reading, cycling, and snowboarding. A big pleasure in his life includes fishing up north and the smell of the barbeque after surviving a cold Canadian winter.
Dr. Lee was born in South Korea and moved to Canada when he was 15.
He graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 2014, and decided to come back home to Canada to practice dentistry. He has been delivering high-quality, comprehensive dental services in Toronto and Waterloo ever since.
Dr. Lee is a friendly and caring dentist, who firmly believes in minimally invasive dentistry. His main goal is to prevent dental issues before they start. He is a general dentist with a special interest in root canal treatments and children’s dentistry.
In his spare time, Dr. Lee is a director/sculptor at the Yisom Art Studio in North York, fostering children’s creativity and self-expression through art. He loves working with children and spending his time creating art pieces in and out of the dental clinic.
Dr. Ava Naghavi graduated with Honours from the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Toronto. Prior to that, she received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Biology from York University. She is a member of the Ontario Dental Association, the Canadian Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.
She is passionate in all areas of general dentistry and is committed to provide comprehensive patient-centered oral health care. Dr. Naghavi enjoys working on kids and is certified in oral sedation to help with treatment of anxious patients. She is also a certified Invisalign provider, looking forward to work together with you and your family to achieve a healthy and sustainable smile.
Dr. Farhadian attended the University of Western Ontario in London where he obtained his Bachelors degree in 2003. He then attended the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry where he was awarded the prestigious Award of Excellence in Clinical Prosthodontics in addition to his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree. He has been in private practice since then and his special interests include working with children, Oral Surgery and wisdom teeth extractions.
Dr. Mike (as he likes to be called) is a strong believer in giving back to the community and he has been involved with the Big Brother program and the Canadian Armed forces Army Reserves. He has shown himself to be a very conscientious, gentle, and caring dentist and has been very well received by his patients.
